What Type Of Info Do We Collect

I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website or provide me in any other way. In addition, I may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. I also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, and communications) if you choose to supply them through my contact form.

How We Collect The Information

When you fill out my quote request form on my website, as part of the process, I collect that information you give me such as your personal name, band name, email address and any other personal information that you give me as part of your message. By sending me a message through the quote form you are consenting to me getting contacting you though your supplied contact details, and agreeing to the terms of this privacy policy.

Why We Collect Such Personal Information

I collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To respond to quote requests;
To provide my clients with advice and quotes according to the information given to me;
To be able to contact my Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which I may use to provide and improve my respective services;
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

How We Store, Use, Share and Disclose Your Information

My website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Any emails you send to me are stored in Gmail for a maximum of 5 years then automatically deleted. Your details may also be stored as part of my Customer Relationship Management software (CRM), but only from the time that I have sent you a quote for any services. This software is simply used to allow me to remember details of any quotes that I send, details of any projects that I am working on with you, and details of any correspondence we have shared through email in one place. None of this information will ever be sold on to a 3rd party.

Your information will also be gathered by a Facebook Pixel and used to build Custom Audiences, as well as Google Analytics for the purpose of statistics and marketing through Google Adwords/Facebook Adverts

How We Use Your Info To Communicate To You

I may contact you to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about my company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce applicable national laws, and any agreement I may have with you. For these purposes I may contact you via any of the contact methods you have explicitly given to me.

How We Use Cookies And Tracking Tools

Cookies are implemented in every site built by Wix. Google Analytics is used for, but not limited to, tracking how many people come to my site and how long they stay on each page. Facebook Pixel is used for marketing in the form of sponsored posts and advert posts specifically through the Facebook platform.
